Artwork design relates to customer projects that need to have new "start-up" artwork files created from scratch before an order is actually placed. Customers place the order for the artwork design and upon completion the art file(s) belong to the customer. If they choose to move forward with an order they would just reference that art file in the Notes Box or if the order is placed at a later date, resend the art with that new order placement.
